Mine MacHinery Selection

This course examines mine machinery selection in underground and surface mining operations. Quantitative methods for equipment selection are applied and assessed with respect to varying inputs. Factors specific to challenging mining environments are considered, such as maintenance and size restrictions. Modern trends in mine machinery selection are explored. (lec 3) cr 3
