This course covers theories and techniques related to people helping people to improve their fitness, to reduce daily stress, to improve their nutrition and to restructure their environment. The main outcome of such measures is the development of wellness and the means for development of this state is through techniques designed to enhance self-responsibility, nutritional awareness, stress management, physical fitness and environmental sensitivity.
